With 14 years in Learning and Development, plus a background in emotional wellbeing, conflict management, NLP coaching, and Thought Field Therapy, I bring a holistic approach to leadership coaching. I’ve supported public and private sector organisations, schools, and family services in creating a coaching culture and developing their leaders.

As a fully accredited ICF and ILM Level 7 Senior Coach and Mentor, I work within the highest professional and ethical standards, including the ICF and EMCC Code of Ethics. I am also a qualified mentor with the Government Help to Grow Scheme via Enterprise Nation.
